Music heals people

Nobody can question the fact that music changes people, but nowadays some experts state that can also cure some illnesses. Music has the capability to restore the lacks people have lost.

At first the sound waves produced by playing music are transmitted from the music player to the ears of the listener, these sound waves have an effect on the neurotransmitters (like serotonin) that are related to the mood and the psychological state of a person, so music can heal some illnesses like depression.

Secondly music is a good choice to increase your adrenaline levels. In other words, there are some music styles (with fast rhythm) that can make you feel more energized. this feeling helps you to be a healthier person and building up your resistance doing more exercises.

Finally, studies prove that classical music increase the level of neurotransmitters related to reading comprehension, mathematical exercises, etc.

All in all, music can heal people, it is proved because the fact can stimulate your mood, can save you from depression and can also help you in your studies.
In my opinion, music is more than just an amount of noise; it is also a tool to redefine people’s life.

Pacific Derby (Description of an event)

Description of an event

6 years ago, when Marcelo Bielsa became the Chilean national soccert team coach, I decided to travel to Santiago with my family and then go to see the march between Chile and Perú at "Estadio Nacional".

This amazing experience started arriving to the stadium which was at a medium-capacity. Suddenly wearing t-shirts, the supporters began to appear in their seits. Then I realized that everything and everybody were ready for the kick-off. The match began with a dominating Chile that attached intensely during de first minutes until, with a corner kick served by Matias Fernandez, a Humberto Suazo's header came up breaking the resistance of the peruvian keeper. Then, un the second half, the match dind't changed at all and Fernandes  became protagonist scoring the definitive 2-0.

Although the match was very exciting, an unforgettable moment of this event was the national anthem. Even when I am not a very nationalistic person, it was unavoidable to feel how my blood was running through my veins.

All in all, even if you don't like football/soccer, the kind of emotions that you can see in this place, which is full of history, are feelings that you have to experiment.
